Weight transitioning to Jack meanwhile, he finally plays Pulock today and still has Barzal and Ho-Sang and Mayfield in the lineup. Nearly every coach has their own whipping boy.(ex: Hakstol with Provorov and sometimes Ghost, Julien with Davidson, and AV with Smith) |

It is interesting how Weight was trying to avoid playing Pulock and is sitting Tito for some weird reason, considering that Barzal doesn't look NHL ready and should spend the year in Bridgeport. Maybe Barzal just needs to watch a few games, but Beau has showed ability at this level and should be playing instead of Kulemin despite the dollar value of the contracts. We need scoring and Kulemin just isn't gonna bring that |

Barzal should have at least 5 points right now. He looks ready on both ends of the ice. He's I believe 2nd on the team in chances created as well. He'll be fine.

The reason is simple. It is Snows team. Would weight rock the boat? O f course not, who else would give him a headcoach job? NO ONE. That is why a real NHL coach will never coach the Isles because he cant be a snow puppet. I really cant believe after all these years it is so hard to grasp that Snow runs the show. Until he is gone it will never change. I hat to repeat myself but Weight talked a good game until Snow sat him down and said do it my way or find another job. Look at how they are playing this year it is the same as always, and sitting young players with an unknown ceiling in place of vets that you know what you get and it smacks of snow being involved. |

And yet Barzal, Ho-Sang, Mayfield, and Pulock are playing tonight. I do think Beauvillier is going to Bridgeport soon. |

Once pucks start going in the panic will subside for most of our problems lol. I don't think Barzal is in over his head or anything, but he's def going to need to put on some weight next summer. |

Not sure what you're seeing with Barzal, but every time I've seen him, he looks good, Skates hard, backchecks, hits the neutral zone with speed, etc. He's not a shoot first guy. Does he need seasoning? Of course, but I don't see any reason to send him down. |

It hasn't been such a slow transition - Cptmjl
Pretty instantaneous if you ask me. I don't get to see his post game comments but I'm guessing he hasn't started using terms like battle level & puck luck yet. |

That's why I'm waiting 20 games. Obviously, I'll be dramatic(putting it lightly) during the games, but you can't compare this start to the car wreck at the beginning of last season. |

sitting beau because kulimen has much more potential. Again refer to my last post. Snow runs the show and if you look at ledecki thats the reason. I saw him at the yankee game last night and he looks just like a seedy used car salesman. Does he look like a rich owner of a sports franchise? He looks like a guy at a buy here pay here car lot |

Wait what? I never said anything bad about Barzal. I'm just mocking the fans thinking Weight is like Capuano in terms of philosophy. I think Beauvillier will go down, not Barzal. |

I stopped watching post games with Capuano and I'm not going to start watching them with Weight as coach. |

Probably be a good idea to give him easy zone starts and some PP time. Ease him in. That's why I was questioning tonight being his first game probably would have been a better idea getting him in a couple games ago IMO. |

Might as well get him in to a game against the 2nd worst team in the league. |
